Subprocessors

We have selected Cloudflare Pages for the website and clinic interface, Railway for the application servers, and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded lab reports, clinic logos and daily file backups. The application servers and PostgreSQL database are configured in Railway’s Singapore region, with database backups enabled.

The R2 file and backup buckets use an Asia-Pacific location preference. This does not guarantee that files remain in India. Our selected hosting arrangement is not India-only.

These arrangements need to be confirmed with each clinic before a pilot uses real patient information.

A subprocessor is a service provider that handles personal information on our behalf while helping us deliver the clinic service. For example, a hosting provider may store the clinic's records, while a file-storage provider may hold uploaded lab reports.

The clinic's data processing agreement and provider information should identify:

• Each provider's name and the work it performs.
• The categories of information it receives.
• Where that information is hosted or processed.
• How changes to the provider list are communicated.

Any additional commitments in a signed clinic agreement apply to that clinic.

The provider delivering this public website may handle technical request information. If you email us or use a messaging link, the services delivering that message handle its contents. Do not send patient records through a general website enquiry.
